I’m an avid coffee drinker, familiar with being disappointed by shops that are super cute but serve coffee that’s just Meh. This place is not Meh, it is amazing. What a great little gem in the heart of a small friendly town. The coffee was smooth and flavorful and the quiche tasted even better than it looked (and it was prettier than my boyfriend). If you’re visiting New Harmony or anywhere close by, stop by Black Lodge Coffee for a fabulous experience.

Line was wrapped around the store today but still did not wait long at all. Staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Oh and the coffee is consistently delicious! We also buy the beans to make at home. Awesome atmosphere too!

We've been to coffee shops all over the country and only one has ever came close to Black Lodge Coffee. The crew working here are always top notch! The place is warm and inviting and the people are too! It's top notch coffee and food with top notch service in an amazing environment! We stopped here on our way out of New Harmony and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The people were so very friendly, my young daughter REALLY enjoyed her popsickle, and I enjoyed a delicious iced brown sugar/oat milk latte.

One of the best cafés i have been to and has such a family feel. When you first walk in you are always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The owner himself likes to talk to all of his customers and always helps explain what then have to offer If you're passing through don't miss out on the opportunity to stop here. I promise you won't soon forget it!! (I recommend the chocolate chip cookies)

I first encountered Black Lodge via sample Kcups at New Harmony Inn. The coffee is very good, and I really like that the Kcups are compostable. Breakfast at their store on Church street was quite enjoyable.
